The other day while cleaning the apartment I found more of my contact paper that I used in my last DIY project CLICK HERE TO READ IT. If you know me you know I love a good white marble and seeing the contact paper made me want to use it again for another DIY project!
There are a good few tutorials on Youtube and blog posts on Pinterest that are great resources for cheap, easy, quick projects that you can do in the comfort of your own home.
I set out to do some wall decor since I have a good amount of blank wall space. I started off by using the grid on the back of the paper to make a large rectangle and then divided the rectangle into triangles (3 inches wide). After I had all my shapes created I used an X-acto knife to cut out the pieces. I could have used scissors but being left handed I have issues cutting a straight line....
Then Voila! I simply stuck them to the wall in an easy pattern and tried to make them as straight as possible! you can use a ruler and level to get them perfect but they still look pretty straight without it.
What other projects would you use the contact paper for? I would love to know!
